Common super class of all toggle commands that work on a mutable graph panel. Similar to MutableGraphPanel. The graph panel is assumed to be installed as an attribute to the command manager with key GraphPanel.class.getName(). Note: this key is NOT MutableGraphPanel.class.getName().
